L.H. Investigations and General consultant is a private investigations and consulting firm authorized and licensed to conduct Private Investigations by the State of Florida. Our Agency was established by Luis H. Vargas, better known as L.H. Vargas, a formal Law Enforcement Criminal Investigating Agent, with over 30 years of experience as a Narcotics Undercover Agents and Operations Supervisor, Property Crimes (White Collar Crime, Breaking and Entering, Fraud, sabotage, Fire/Arson), and Homicide, in addition as a Private Investigator conducting investigations regarding, Criminal, Civil and Corporate matters, and a BA in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Police Science and majoring in Criminology, principals which are used in every investigation conducted by our Agency.
L.H. Investigations and General Consultant was established with the sole purpose of meeting the needs of our clients by providing high quality, cost-efficient and timely delivered investigation and consultation services.
Our philosophy is summarized as “Doing the right thing the first time” the Agency’s staff is committed to doing whatever it takes within the Law and legislation governing our industry, to meet the needs of our clients. All engagements are carefully researched and planned to ensure that each client's needs are properly addressed. The Agency maintains affiliate relationships with licensed private investigators throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, Mexico, the Dominican Republic and South America. Our affiliation with International Private Investigating agency’s is due to the fact that the agency’s owner and Director, L.H. Vargas is a current member of The Latin America Association of Fraud and Financial Crimes Investigators (ALIFC) with affiliations at Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, Guatemala, Haiti, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Trinidad & Tobago, Venezuela, United States, Spain, Germany and Portugal.
